4. Fox3 Wallet

• Fox3 Wallet Credits are store credits usable only on www.fox3.in.
• Credits:
  • Cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a bank account
  • Can be transferred to another Fox3 account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Fox3 is not liable for unauthorized use of your wallet.
• Fox3 reserves the right to remove wallet balance or cancel orders in case of fraud or misuse.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Items

• Must be reported within 2 days of delivery
• Customers must provide:
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of original packaging with shipping label

Lost Shipments

• Must be reported within 3 days after estimated delivery date

Resolution

• Replacement will be provided where possible
• If replacement is not possible:
  • Refund will be issued as Fox3 Wallet Credits only

Order Cancellation

• Approved refunds will be issued as Fox3 Wallet Credits only

6. RTO (Return to Origin) & Reshipping Policy

An order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept the order

RTO Handling

• The order value will be converted into Fox3 Wallet Credits
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Reshipping

• Reshipping can be requested after the order is returned and verified
• A reshipping fee will be applicable
• The customer must confirm updated/correct address before reshipping

7. Cookies

We use cookies to enhance user experience. By using Fox3, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
